This data is only analysed to ensure smooth operation of the site and to improve our offer;  it does not allow us to deduce information concerning you.
Data collection and use for contract processing and opening a customer account
We collect personal data if you give it voluntarily as part of your order, in the event of making contact with us (e.g. by contact form or email) or when opening a customer account. It is evident from the respective input form which data is collected. We use data given by you to process contracts and processing your enquiries. Your data will be locked for further use after the completion of contract processing or deletion of your customer account and deleted upon expiry of the retention periods according to tax law and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data, or we have reserved the right to make further use of any data that is legally permitted and which we will inform you about hereafter. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either with a message to the contact options described below or using the function provided for this purpose in the customer account.
